ooddle comes from oodles - a 160-year-old word meaning abundance, variety, a whole lot of good stuff. We loved the idea because wellness should feel light, fresh, and like something your brain actually wants more of over time, if you just keep showing up. So we took the word, gave it a playful twist, and built ooddle around small daily actions, a little variety, and feel-good momentum.
No lectures. No judgment. No overwhelm. Just five actions a day, a brain that likes showing up, and the good kind of oodles - more energy, more ease, more you.
