By accessing or using Ooddle, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. We may update these terms from time to time, and continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.
2. Description of Service
Ooddle provides AI-powered wellness planning, including personalized daily actions, weekly adaptation, and wellness tracking tools. Our service is intended for general wellness purposes and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You may not share your account or use another person's account without permission.
4. Subscriptions and Billing
Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse our services, attempt to access other users' data, reverse-engineer our systems, or use our platform for any unlawful purpose. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
6. Limitation of Liability
Ooddle is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
